P90X Recovery Drink Alternative
With exercise being ever more a part of our daily lives I wanted to look at people working out using the p90x recovery drink alternative selection rather than the original p90x recovery drink produced by beach body. Firstly, beachbody have a great product with the p90x and insanity workout system, their fitness gear as well is top notch but I think the p90x results and recovery formula falls a little behind.
Sure it works and it does have the advantage of not having an after taste but other than that there’s really nothign going for it. A lot of whey protein drinks seem to have more success and a lot of people have started looking around to find a good P90x Recovery Drink Alternative.
One thing I would say is that all of this nonsense about using flavoured milk or gatorade as a replacement recovery drink is wishful thinking. Sure they might taste good but they really don’t give your body what it actually needs to recover properly, not to the same extent of an actual recovery drink anyway. Using a recovery drink, whether it’s a p90x recovery drink alternative in whatever form or the original p90x recovery drink itself, adds a little extra cost to your workout whether you’re in a gym or at home but it’s certainly worth it in either case and really speeds up your training progress.
The one thing nobody ever talks about is the actual effect of a recovery drink. Other than helping speed up your training, it actually helps your body recover so you’re not in pain when you’re not working out which is a huge bonus and why I first started using a p90x recovery drink alternative in the first place.
